1. SAP HCM Implementation and Maintenance

  • Support audits and compliance by providing accurate data and system reports.

4. User Support and Training

  • Provide first-line support to end users for SAP HCM issues and queries.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR staff and users to improve SAP HCM proficiency.
  • Prepare and update user manuals and technical documentation.

5. Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP HCM capabilities.
  • Optimize workflows to enhance employee self-service (ESS), manager self-service (MSS), and time management functionalities.

6. Compliance and Security

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data protection laws, and SAP system security protocols.
  • Manage user roles and authorizations to safeguard sensitive HR data.
