Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: Oversee all civil work activities related to the construction and maintenance of telecommunication towers, foundations, and infrastructure.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Quality Control: Ensure all civil works comply with industry standards, project specifications, and local building codes.
Health & Safety: Enforce safety regulations and standards at the construction site, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers.
Resource Management: Manage labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient utilization and reduce downtime.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports on site progress, challenges, and any deviations from the project plan.
Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with telecom engineers, site acquisition teams, and clients to provide regular project updates.
Risk Management: Identify and resolve any issues or risks that could impact the project’s schedule or quality.

Key Requirements:

Experience:5+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in the telecommunication industry.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, telecom infrastructure, and structural designs.
Familiarity with construction project management tools and software.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address and resolve site challenges.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel to multiple project sites and work in different locations as required.
