Coordinate with the production department to ensure the availability of finished goods for dispatch.
Verify that the materials meet the required quality standards before dispatch.
Plan and schedule dispatches.
Prepare and maintain all necessary dispatch documents, including delivery notes, invoices, packing lists.
Monitor stock levels of finished goods and coordinate with inventory control to ensure adequate stock is available for dispatch.
Prepare regular reports on dispatch activities.
Instruct contractor to shift ready material from different production lines to galvanizing section as per dispatch plan of daily tower deliveries.
Plan daily dispatch and assign responsibilities to dispatch team.
Assisting quality team as per their requirement.
Stack galvanized material.
Arranging galvanized material ready for dispatch.
Assist quality team in inspection of telecommunication towers.
