Sales Executive – Tyres

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Tyres to drive sales growth and expand our market share in Truck & Bus Radial (TBR), Light Truck Radial (LTR), Passenger Car Radial (PCR), and other tyre categories. This field role requires identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with fleet operators, dealerships, and corporate clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive sales improvements.
Collaboration & Compliance: Work with internal teams to optimize sales operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
Travel: Extensively visit clients assigned city/region.

Requirements:

Experience: FMCG sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with a growth mindset are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 depends upon relevant experience.
Fuel Provided: For client visits.
