It is a shift-based job (8.5 hours per shift)
Ensure smooth IT operation and services at the main data center of the company.
Monitor and manage the complete network and environment, especially during night shifts.
Ensure the security of the network and take action on security incidents as per defined SOPs.
Perform daily health checks of equipment and services and submit reports.
Records all complaints and coordinates with vendors to resolve them.
Ensure zero down and move services on backup resources after instruction from the supervisor.
Provide support to customers during their visits to the data center and on-call.
Coordinate and support the admin team for related services.
Ensure SOPs are followed as per standard.
Keep track of all assets and manage inventory.
Manage software license details and product keys.
Hands-on experience in server deployment, network protocol, and data center standards.
Have knowledge of IT standards, guidelines and best practices.
Have an understanding of data center environment management.
Working experience in Building Management Systems will be an added advantage.
Fluent in English and able to write technical reports.
Expertise in databases and software development will be an added advantage.
