Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team remotely. Candidates must be available to complete all assessments/tests in-person at our Office based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual quantity takeoffs accurately from construction drawings.
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using MS Excel.
Use digital tools like PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu to perform precise digital takeoffs.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings to estimate material and labor requirements.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely cost estimation.

Required Skills:

Strong command over manual quantity takeoffs from 2D drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for calculation and documentation.
Experience with PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu is mandatory.
Good understanding of construction drawings and general estimation practices.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in cost projections.

Required Qualification:

BSc / B.E. in Civil Engineering or DAE (Civil) from a recognized institute
Fresh graduates and diploma holders are welcome to apply
Prior experience in quantity estimation or using PlanSwift / Bluebeam is a strong advantage
