We are an Australian-based company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to work remotely and maintain our records. This is a work-from-home opportunity ideal for individual accounting knowledge.

Duties:

1. Record Keeping & Data Management:

  • Record all financial transactions (sales, payments, expenses) in an organized manner using Excel.
  •  Keeping accurate records of bank transactions and cash on Excel sheets.
  • Ensuring that all company documents are properly maintained in Google Drive.

2. Software Usage:

  • Using and updating data in software systems as required by the company.
  • Ensuring all data in the systems is up-to-date and accurate.

Additional Responsibilities:

Carrying out any other tasks as advised by the management.

Working Hours:

  •  This is a flexible working hours role, but you are expected to remain alert and available
  • during Brisbane time GMT +10 (9 AM - 6 PM). Occasional work outside these hours may be required based on operational needs
