We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our organization as a Lab Technologist. The Lab Technologist will play a crucial role in conducting tests, analyzing results, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the laboratory department.

Responsibilities

Conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
Preparing, and analyzing samples
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments.
Recording and interpreting test results, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
Ensuring proper documentation and maintaining accurate lab records.
Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe laboratory environment.
Collaborating with physicians and medical staff to provide necessary test results and information.
Participating in quality control and assurance procedures.
Assisting in research and development projects as needed.
Keeping up-to-date with advancements in laboratory technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a lab technologist or in a similar laboratory role.
Proficiency in laboratory information systems and equipment.
In-depth knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and protocols.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording results.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
