  • ⁠Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over phone, email, or chat to understand their needs and suggest complementary or superior offerings.
  • ⁠Build Customer Relationships: Establish rapport with customers to foster trust and improve the likelihood of upsells in future interactions.
  • ⁠Track Sales Metrics: Monitor and report on upselling targets, maintaining a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • ⁠Provide Product Expertise: Develop deep product knowledge to confidently present upsell opportunities and answer customer queries.
  • ⁠Customer Education: Help customers understand the value of upgraded offerings and how they can benefit from higher-end products or services.
  • ⁠Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other sales, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective upselling strategy.
  • ⁠Follow Up: Proactively follow up with customers post-purchase to suggest additional items or services they may find useful.

Requirements:

  • ⁠Proven sales experience, preferably in upselling.
  • ⁠Problem slicing, having the ability to navigate through customer issues to deliver the best possible solution.
  • ⁠Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a high proficiency in English
  • ⁠Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • ⁠Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • ⁠Ability to understand customer needs and present the right solutions.
  • ⁠Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • ⁠A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
