Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international technical recruitment, sourcing top talent for IT and engineering roles across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from international markets.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial technical assessments and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best hiring practices.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in international technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT and engineering roles, technologies, and skill sets.
Experience in sourcing candidates from global talent pools.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
