Purchase:
- Prepare purchase orders based on sales records and demand estimates.
- Ensure purchase orders are approved before placing with distributors.Stock Count:
- Responsible for performing stock count of general items – 100% stock audit on the 15th of each month.
- Adjustments to be approved and posted accordingly.
- Stock count details will include quantity and expiry dates.
- Stock count sheets will be signed by the person performing the count.
- After approval, adjustments will be posted.
- Avoid over-ordering items that have not been sold previously.
- Place orders with distributors only after receiving approval.
- Ensure every purchase order is placed through the system.
- For moving products, stock re-order limits are set
Use of candela or abuzar software is preferred but not compulsory
