Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods from our warehouse to various destinations. You will be the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and logistics teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products. Key Responsibilities:

Driver Management: Monitor and communicate with drivers, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information on routes, schedules, and delivery instructions.
Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and provide them with updates on the status of their shipments.
Route Planning: Use GPS and mapping software to plan efficient routes.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transportation, logistics, and customer service.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Communication: Foster strong relationships with drivers, customers, and logistics teams, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that arise.

Requirements:

Education: Intermediate.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics, preferably in the trucking or transportation industry.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
Technical: Proficiency in GPS, mapping software, and other logistics technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluency in English verbal and written.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per month, depending upon experience. Performance bonus upto 100,000.
