Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by reaching out to potential clients in the UK and USA markets, introducing them to our IT services, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a deep understanding of IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the UK and USA to introduce Axiom Technologies Group Ltd.’s IT services.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Explain the benefits and features of our services clearly and compellingly.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and maintain a detailed database of prospects.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends.
  • Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services and the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
