International Recruiter

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic International Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist UK-based healthcare candidates in finding the right job opportunities that match their qualifications and career goals. You will play a key role in connecting healthcare professionals with employers across the UK, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to UK-based candidates to discuss job vacancies.
Engage with candidates to clarify key job details such as hourly rates, shift patterns, and job expectations.
Collect and forward candidate resumes and relevant information to the appropriate internal teams for further processing.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates, ensuring they are kept updated throughout the recruitment process.
Provide guidance and answer any questions candidates may have regarding job opportunities and the application process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and employers.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Previous experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet recruitment goals.
Enthusiasm for working with people and helping them find meaningful employment opportunities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
