Recruitment Executive

JWe are looking for enthusiastic and capable Recruitment Executive with excellent communication skills to assist UK-based candidates in finding the right job opportunities that align with their qualifications and preferences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for matching candidates with healthcare positions that fit their career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to UK-based candidates.
Engage with candidates to discuss job vacancies and clarify important details such as hourly rates, shift patterns, and job expectations.
Gather and forward candidate resumes and information to the appropriate departments for further processing.
Ensure consistent and professional communication with candidates, keeping them updated throughout the recruitment process.
Provide guidance and answer any questions candidates may have regarding job opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and employers.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Previous experience in recruitment or sales is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping candidates secure the right job.

What We Offer:

Basic salary ranges 40k-60k, with weekly incentives.
Shift timings of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM with weekends off.
5:00pm to 2:00am with Monday and Tuesday off
