We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources department at our new branch on Sixth Road, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture, managing employee relations, and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Develop and oversee performance management systems.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a BPO or telemarketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday
