You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals independently. This is a high-impact position ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, self-motivation, and the ability to drive results with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the entire sales process to convert leads into customers.
  • Conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and establish rapport with potential clients.
  • Present and promote our services confidently, addressing client needs and objections.
  • Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure successful closures.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a high closing rate.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, with a proven track record in closing.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • Mindset: Results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
