Sales Representative

We are a young Medical Devices distribution company based in Islamabad. Established in 2020, we have continued to grow in the market supply and working with organizations all around the country and proudly representing multiple worldwide renowned health-care brands. We are currently looking to expand our team and thus:

We are hiring a Sales Representative with 0-2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales. If you have a Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, BBA or B.com background, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for our medical devices or pharmaceutical products.
Identify and target potential customers in the healthcare industry.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team on sales materials and campaigns.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, BBA, or B.com.
0-2 years of sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to meet sales targets.
Technical knowledge of medical devices.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel.

Training and Probation:

You'll undergo a 3-4 month training period to understand our market and complex devices. Afterward, you will become a full-time employee.

Remuneration:

Salary Range: 30,000.00-40,000.00 + Fuel + Travel Allowances and Commissions.
