We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their real estate journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails professionally.
- Assist clients with property inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to provide seamless client experiences.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the relevant department.
- Keep clients informed about new property listings, promotions, and updates.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
