We are seeking a highly creative and fashion-conscious Social Media Manager to lead the curation of a behind-the-scenes campaign for our upcoming brand launch targeting the UK market. This role is crucial, as it involves documenting and showcasing the entire process through social media, providing an exclusive insight into the creation of our brand. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of the leading Pakistani fashion houses, as well as a deep understanding of the UK fashion market, trends, and cultural aesthetics.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes high fashion, where understanding luxury fashion trends and aesthetics is second nature. Your passion for fashion should be evident in your daily life, ensuring you can authentically represent and resonate with our brand’s high-end positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Curation & Content Creation: In the first month, you will work remotely to plan and create a comprehensive social media campaign tailored to the UK market. This involves using your initiative to design content that aligns with our brand’s luxury aesthetics and resonates with the UK audience. In the second month, you will travel with the executive during their 3-week business trip in Pakistan, capturing daily activities, meetings, and events through high-quality photos and videos.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and curate content across Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook, offering followers a behind-the-scenes look at our brand’s launch process. Ensure all content aligns with luxury fashion aesthetics and the brand’s messaging, tailored specifically for the UK market.

  • Executive Support & Confidentiality: Shadow the CEO during all business-related activities, ensuring all content captured remains confidential until officially released. Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism, as you will be exposed to sensitive information.

  • Editing & Posting: Edit and refine photos and videos for optimal presentation on social media platforms, particularly with a focus on appealing to the UK audience. You will also be responsible for writing captions, selecting appropriate hashtags, and ensuring timely posting.

  • Trend Integration & Cultural Representation: Stay informed on the latest social media and fashion trends, particularly within the UK market, and integrate them into your content. Your work should capture and convey the essence of Pakistani fashion in a way that resonates with UK consumers.

Requirements:

  • Pakistani Fashion Expertise: Deep knowledge of leading Pakistani fashion houses, trends, and cultural aesthetics, combined with an understanding of the UK fashion market.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Strong experience managing luxury fashion content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook, with a focus on the UK audience.
  • High Fashion Awareness: A natural affinity for high fashion, where understanding luxury trends and aesthetics is a fundamental part of your daily life.
  • Campaign Experience: Proven ability to plan, create, and execute successful social media campaigns, particularly for the UK market.
  • Photography & Videography Skills: Exceptional ability to capture and edit high-quality visuals suited to a luxury audience.
  • English Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with an understanding of UK cultural nuances.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Pakistan for the 3-week assignment, with all travel, accommodation, and food expenses covered.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Work Arrangement:

  • First Month: Remote work to plan and create the social media campaign in collaboration with the CEO. You must be proactive and have an outlined plan ready for the second month, considering both Pakistani and UK market nuances.
  • Second Month: On-the-ground work in Pakistan, shadowing the CEO and executing the campaign. All out-of-city travel, accommodation, and food expenses will be covered. In-city travel expenses will be provided when working locally.
