The company is seeking a qualified sales specialist to enhance the sales of our software services i.e. mobile app development, website development, and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads. The sales specialist must be both approachable and professional in order to help us extend our global reach and impact.
Objectives of this role
Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them into customers
Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product
Preparing and submitting weekly sales to management
Conduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors
Responsibilities
Increase sales
Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Use outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
