Job Summary

  • Responsible for handling, Issuing and Acquiring Debit/Credit Cards POS, Ecommerce & International ATM Cash Withdrawal Transaction disputes in timely and effectively  manner & ensure resolution as per Global (Visa, MasterCard & UnionPay International) and Local (PayPak) Schemes regulations.
  • Responsible to handle ADC related disputes i.e., ATM Cash withdrawal, IBFT, Bill Payments, Fintechs, RAAST & Settlement of ATM Excess / Shortage  according to SBP regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Well versed in handling of all ADC related disputes as per SBP regulations / Dispute Resolution Cycle as per Global & Local card Schemes regulation i.e;

  1. Transaction Inquiry, Retrieval Request and Fulfillment
  2. Chargeback & Representment
  3. Pre-arbitration and Arbitration Case Filing
  4. Pre-compliance and Compliance Case Filing
  • Liaison with internal / external stake holders i.e., Merchant, Branches, Associations, Local & International Acquiring Banks/Schemes etc.
  • To monitor & reconcile all financial entries posted in GL accounts related to the Dispute Resolution Unit.
  • Ensure thorough root cause analysis on re-occurring disputes / complaints, escalation to relevant stakeholders to eliminate the possible causes of disputes.

Eligibility

  • Effective time management, multi-tasking, Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Candidates should be good in MS Suite, especially Excel.
  • Preparation & Submission of Daily / Weekly / Quarterly / Annually MIS reports.
