You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential freelancers and service providers on the UpWork platform. Your primary goal will be to find the right talents and professionals to fulfill our project requirements, ensuring the success of our projects and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
UpWork Outreach: Conduct strategic searches and identify freelancers and service providers with the skills and expertise required for our projects. Initiate conversations and requests for proposals (RFPs) to engage with potential partners.
Vendor Selection: Evaluate and screen potential candidates based on their portfolios, reviews, and qualifications. Collaborate with project managers and teams to select the most suitable vendors for specific projects.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers and service providers. Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify freelancers and service providers based on project requirements and budget constraints. Transfer qualified leads and projects to the appropriate teams.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records and notes of all interactions on the UpWork platform. Regularly update and report on lead generation progress and results.
