What You’ll Do:

Estimating: Craft accurate cost estimates and select top-tier vendors.
Surveying: Coordinate site surveys and analyze data for seamless planning.
Permitting: Obtain necessary permits while ensuring full compliance.
Production Management: Oversee manufacturing, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
Vendor Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards for all project outputs.
Progress Tracking: Monitor timelines, solve challenges, and keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years in a similar role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Technical, Science, or Business preferred).
Skills & Traits:
Exceptional analytical and math skills.
Independent worker with strong teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with outstanding presentation and reporting skills.
Familiarity with technical drawings and workflows (a plus).

Work Timings:

For Male: 7 PM to 4 AM
For Female: 3 PM to 11 PM
