• Collecting, maintaining, and updating the list of persons to be trained.
  • Maintaining Continuous Professional Education details.
  • Monitoring and maintaining training compliance levels as agreed by top management or in accordance with the standards set by the regulator across all services, liaising with relevant parties to discuss and combat low compliance where necessary.
  • Downloading data and presentation material for the Trainers.
  • Providing support to create a learning calendar, and reminding and complying with the calendar.
  • Coordinating with HR for arranging physical and online trainings in coordination with Manager L&D.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees.
  • Being alert to updates on the BDO portals about learning and helping disseminate the same.
  • Supporting in sending out emails for invitations, marking attendance, and ensuring all participants are present, managing events, liaising with participants in general and for any specific needs (materials, trainer, etc.), venue booking and management, etc.
  • Ensuring that if someone could not attend, the proper details could be sent to relevant individuals within the firm for them to complete the training through alternative means and following up on completion.
  • Tasks after the event may include distribution of feedback forms, gathering responses, data management of those reports, certificate distribution, etc.
  • Managing training records and updating the same.
  • Generating L&D reports like attendance, feedback, compliance, satisfaction, etc.
  • Coordinating with IT for managing LMS results and status, and to roll out LMS-related material.
  • Any other responsibilities given to him/her as appropriate.
