BGC is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our human resources initiatives and ensuring optimal alignment between the organization's goals and its human capital. The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR functions, such as recruitment, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and proficiency in HRIS software, especially Oracle HCM Cloud. The HR Executive will engage with employees and candidates alike, focusing on building positive relationships while driving effective human resource strategies that support operational excellence. This position does not involve managing a team but requires a collaborative spirit to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders in the company.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Utilize candidate sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and job boards, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for various positions.
  • Manage the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and their integration into the company culture.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide support on employee relations matters, acting as a resource for conflict resolution and workplace issues.
  • Analyze HR data to improve processes, identify trends, and make informed decisions for strategic planning.
  • Utilize HRIS software to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, eligibility, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge for career advancement.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
