Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support employee onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends

What We're Looking For:

  • Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
