- Master’s Degree in Finance Accounting or related field Advance Degree (MBA, CPA, CFA OR CA Qualified is highly preferred) with having 10+ Years of Hands On exposure in Manufacturing Industry preferable in Metal/ Steel/ Auto Industry.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes. Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing explanations and recommendations as needed. Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to support business planning.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, providing insights into key financial metrics. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Implement effective cash management policies and procedures.
- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations that may impact the organization.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
