Call Operator / Order Booker

We are looking for a highly motivated Call Operator & Order Booker to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, take orders accurately, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmations, promotions, and follow-ups.
Take customer orders accurately and input them into the system.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely order processing.
Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Keep updated with company products, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a similar role (call center, customer service, or telemarketing).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts if required.
