Accounts Receivable Executive - Medical Billing

You will play a critical role in managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable within the revenue cycle management process. This positions requires fluency in English to communicate with our diverse client base effectively. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Accounts Receivable within the healthcare industry in the USA, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact patients and insurance companies via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding debts
Negotiate payment plans and settlements in compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
Handle denials and appeals accurattely
Resolve billing and insurance claim issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with the billing and coding departments to reconcile accounts
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and firm approach
Ensure compliance with all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and legal requirements related to debt collection

Qualifications:

Facility and professional claims experience is required.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
Proven experience in collections, preferably within the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management field for Pain Management, Physical Therapy and Cardiology.
Strong understanding of medical billing and insurance claims processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with healthcare RCM software is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
