Binary Grid is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. This role entails managing a team of 10 recruitment professionals and driving the recruitment process from end to end. The Recruiter should excel in communication and possess a keen understanding of various sourcing methods including Boolean search techniques and the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The primary goal is to attract and hire top talent that aligns with our company's culture and values, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates while working closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs effectively and efficiently. In this role, the Recruiter collaborates with various departments to understand their talent needs and implements strategies to source quality candidates. You will be proactive in staying ahead of trends in hiring, adapting your strategies accordingly, and utilizing technological solutions to streamline the recruitment process. This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring an individual who is passionate about talent acquisition and committed to maintaining our reputation for strong hiring practices. Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering positions.
  • Manage a team of 10 recruitment professionals, providing training, mentorship, and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates across various platforms.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate records and streamline the hiring workflow.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the company.
  • Facilitate various interview formats including phone interviews, virtual meetings, and in-person interviews, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and uphold a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process, providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to represent Binary Grid and attract top talent.
