BITLOGIC is seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring that software development processes are streamlined and efficient. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and deploying applications on cloud platforms, particularly AWS, while leveraging container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. The position requires at least five years of experience in the DevOps field and the ability to manage a team of ten talented individuals. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative and innovative environment that enhances our software delivery capabilities and improves system reliability.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS to support application deployment and operations.
Leverage containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes to streamline application workflows and improve scalability.
Automate software deployment processes using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ensuring efficient and reliable releases.
Establish and maintain monitoring and logging systems to track application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, promoting consistency across environments.
Lead and mentor a team of ten engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Implement best practices for security, ensuring that all systems and processes are compliant with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
Conduct regular reviews of existing processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Prepare documentation and reports on system architecture, configuration, and deployment processes for internal audits and knowledge sharing.
