Pardot / Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Pardot / Email Marketing Specialist with experience in email marketing to manage and optimize our marketing automation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pardot, email campaign strategies, lead nurturing, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Pardot.
Develop automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead-scoring models.
Design and execute A/B tests to improve email performance.
Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and conversions to optimize engagement.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-quality email templates.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Requirements:

Proven experience with Pardot and email marketing automation.
Strong knowledge of lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Experience in Salesforce integration and CRM best practices is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
