You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player who is passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  •  Assist customers with product/service inquiries, account management, and issue resolution.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
  •  Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  •  Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes
