Responsibilities:
Promote and sell medical billing, RCM, credentialing, and front office services to healthcare providers including doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
Efficiently generate leads and close sales.
Utilize various channels for networking with healthcare professionals, both online and via phone.
Develop tailored business development materials and tools specific to the medical billing and RCM industry.
Collaborate with management to devise strategic growth plans.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and revenue projections.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
Minimum 12 years of education; candidates with O/A Level educational background preferred.
Proficient in lead generation and market research.
Experienced of any CRM would be Plus
Experienced in cold calling and relationship building.
Skilled in elevator pitching, lead qualification, and needs assessment.
Strong in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Capable of handling objections and negotiating contracts.
Familiar with upselling/cross-selling techniques and customer satisfaction monitoring.
Competent in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
