The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, be well-versed in accounting practices and invoicing, and have hands-on experience with Oracle software.

Note: we are only looking for a person who has work experience with international firms

Note: it’s a night shift job our timing (6 pm to 2:30 )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.

Accounting and Invoicing:

  • Process and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking.
  • Handle expense reports and ensure proper documentation.

Oracle Software Management & Quickbooks

  • Utilize Oracle software for financial and administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial transactions into Oracle.
  • Generate and analyze reports from Oracle to assist with decision-making.

General Office Duties:

  • Provide support for various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role with accounting responsibilities.
  • Skills:
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle software, including data entry and reporting functions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Pay: Rs70, 000.00 - Rs100, 000 per month
