The International Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across international markets. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of global market dynamics, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating cross-cultural environments and possess the ability to strategize and execute sales plans that align with the company’s global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets by researching market trends, assessing competition, and understanding customer needs.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Client Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of diverse international audiences.

Negotiations:

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with international clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and stay ahead of market trends.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure successful product launches and market penetration.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Travel:

  • Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably within [clothing].

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of global market trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Language Proficiency:
