We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our sales team in the mobile accessories industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Support team to develop and implement the route-to-market strategy for target customers.
  • Set and manage sales targets for key accounts within the assigned region, regularly engaging with customers to track, monitor, and report performance against goals.
  • Work closely with customers to identify product or sales-related challenges and relay feedback to the relevant internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, assisting with issue resolution, payment collection, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Conduct store visits to assess stock levels and product shelf life, ensuring the continuous availability of high-quality products in the market.
  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain strong business relationships with key customers across the assigned region.
  • Utilize market intelligence to identify opportunities and expand the brand's presence in underserved areas.
  • Provide valuable insights to the CEO and Marketing team regarding the performance of new and existing product categories, along with any region-specific product concerns.
  • Track, analyze, and report actual expenditures for the allocated region, highlighting any discrepancies from the assigned budget.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews with the CEO, presenting sales progress against targets and addressing any potential challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changing consumer preferences.
  • Compile and submit detailed sales reports for management review within the designated region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in mobile accessories
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Target-driven and customer-focused approach
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred.
