About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and adaptable Digital Marketing / Publishing Assistant to join my team full-time. If you’re passionate about online marketing, eager to learn, and willing to go the extra mile, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be managing a variety of tasks, from creating marketing campaigns to editing and formatting books. This role offers opportunities to grow, learn, and make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Marketing Campaigns
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ads to grow our readership and boost engagement.
Develop and manage landing pages and email sequences on AWeber to build lasting connections with our audience.

Assist with Book Production

Review and edit books, ensuring quality and consistency in every publication.
Format e-books and print books to meet industry standards (training provided).

Automate and Streamline

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to enhance workflows and content creation.
Leverage no-code automation platforms like Zapier or Integromat to improve efficiency and manage tasks.

Support Other Business Needs

Take on various ad-hoc tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
If you have a flair for design, creating graphics and promotional materials to enhance our brand presence.

What We’re Looking For:

Marketing Proficiency: Experience with online marketing tools, especially Facebook Ads and AWeber.
Tech-Savvy Mindset: Familiarity with AI tools and no-code platforms or a willingness to learn quickly.
Strong English Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
Attention to Detail: Precision in editing, formatting, and campaign management.
Proactive Approach: Someone who takes ownership, seeks growth, and consistently aims to go above and beyond.
Bonus Skills: Basic design abilities in tools like Canva or Adobe are a plus.
