Key Responsibilities
Manage customer databases and email communications
Create and post engaging content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Assist with event coordination, outreach, and content planning
Handle basic graphic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.)
Requirements
Excellent English writing and communication skills (essential)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
Familiarity with UK culture and sport is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Passion for sport (especially hockey) is a big plus
Access to a reliable device and an internet connection
Working Conditions
Flexible hours, but some overlap with UK time zones required
May include occasional late evenings and weekend work
