We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead - Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, along with demonstrated leadership abilities. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, guiding them through various projects, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of full stack developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions across the full stack.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and meet project deadlines.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development processes and tools.
- Serve as a technical expert, offering insights and recommendations to address complex technical challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a full stack developer, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and team development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Asp.net core , MS SQL ,Node.js, React.js.
- Strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
