Responsibilities:

  • Resolve product or service-related issues.
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshooting steps.
  • Document interactions and collaborate with other teams when needed.

Qualifications:

  •  Excellent written communication skills.
  •  Previous customer service experience preferred.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills.
  •  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with live chat software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
