The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting employees, hiring managers, and the area HR team to deliver effective human resources services and initiatives.

Based in the Belgrade office, the HR Generalist will act as a key point of contact to foster collaboration and maintain high standards in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with employees, hiring managers, and the area HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives effectively.
• Manage the employment lifecycle, ensuring accurate administration and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Provide comprehensive support to managers and employees as the first point of contact for HR queries, including policies, systems, and procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, drive employer branding activities, and build partnerships with external stakeholders such as universities and job fairs.
• Support personnel management tasks, including employee relations, reward administration, benefits, and compliance with employment laws.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• University degree and solid analytical, business, and results-driven mindset.
• Proactive, action-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural environment while managing strategic and tactical activities.
• Excellent English and Serbian proficiency; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (SuccessFactors experience is a plus).
• Team player with a proactive approach to high-quality HR services and building trustful relationships.
