We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Agent (SDA) with extensive experience in B2B cold calling to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in initiating contact with potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our clients. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the B2B sector to set up phone appointments for our B2B clients.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Document all activities, interactions, and updates in the CRM system (e.g., Go High Level) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Agent or similar role in B2B cold calling, with a minimum of 3-4 years of successful experience.
- Must be able to give full commitment as this will be a full time position.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Results-driven with a strong determination to achieve and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if necessary.
