Building Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental properties. The Building Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the buildings, including receiving rent and maintaining rental books.

Key Responsibilities:

Collecting and recording rent payments from tenants
Maintaining accurate rental books and records
Communicating with tenants regarding lease agreements and rental payments
Coordinating repairs and maintenance for the building
Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
Addressing tenant concerns and resolving any disputes that may arise
Conducting regular inspections of the property and addressing any issues promptly

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or building maintenance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in property management software and computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
