Looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the USA. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and target potential clients, markets, and sectors to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking, to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to create a robust network and enhance business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the Web Development and Marketing teams to understand client requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities and adapt the business strategy accordingly.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and promote our services.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar business development role, preferably in the Web development and Marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in cold calling, email marketing, and other prospecting techniques to generate leads and secure new business.
  • Experience in a lead role, managing and mentoring a team of business development professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of the Web development and Marketing industry, including industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
