About the Company:

Business Vita a US based IT company with offices in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 2+ years of progressive experience in the IT industry.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be to identify and engage with potential clients, create a sales pipeline, build strong relationships, and close deals that align with our company's objectives.

Fluency in the English language is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the target market segments through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques to generate new business leads.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including, marketing, technical and project management teams, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Masters in Computer Science/Business Management/Marketing/Information Technology.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the information technology industry
  • Strong understanding of information technology products, services, and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
