- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and handling customer inquiries.
- Manage the flow of information between the sales team and other departments, ensuring timely communication.
- Assist with processing orders, preparing quotations, and tracking sales orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure accurate data entry into CRM or order management systems.
- Prepare sales reports, track sales metrics, and analyze sales data to identify trends and provide feedback to the team.
- Monitor the progress of sales campaigns and initiatives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all contact details and sales activities are current.
- Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for information, working to resolve issues promptly.
