Responsibilities:
As business development specialist you will:
• Set the goals on business growth with focus on growing the customer base and enhancing revenue.
• Develop and implement annual and quarterly business plans by vertical.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Research new markets for the company to explore, create plans and implement initiatives to improve services in new target markets.
• Identify new business leads and pursue leads to move them through the sales cycle.
• Pitching ideas to prospects and developing proposals on how ByteBrew can help them achieve their goals.
• Manage and enhance relationships with customers and identify the upselling opportunities.
• Attend conferences and company, corporate events as a business development manager to stay on top of industry events and trends by attending conferences and meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
• Understanding of IT Consultancy landscape and ability to pitch the catalogue services confidently.
• Highly developed, and practiced, communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit.
