This Position is responsible for auditing branches all across Pakistan.

Being Assigned Problematic branches by the management director (MD)
Conduct preliminary investigation by monitoring assigned branches' data, and embark on surprise visits to the assigned branches.
Check data, and embark on surprise visits to the assigned branches.
Enquire from branch managers about pending parcels and stuck cash amounts in branches, and forward their justification to senior management.
Conduct COD reconciliation of the branches.
Conduct employee verification attendance record asset verification, operating expenses, and rider delivery fuel/ commission verification.
Prepare a thorough audit report detailing the overall branch performance, that is presented to senior management.
